• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
• Cancellation requests must be made before the order is dispatched
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be accepted

Refund Policy

• Refunds are accepted only if requested on the same day or the next day of delivery
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Refunds will be processed after product inspection

Non-Refundable Cases

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Customized or special-order jewellery
• Requests made after the allowed time window

Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method
